Dairy-free nutrition, optimal performance, mindful engagement with our environment, meaningful connections and everything in between. Positive and sustainable health and wellness is grounded in multiple pillars which I will emphasise as being; tinana (physical), wairua (spiritual), hinengaro (mental) ngākau (emotional) whānau (social) wellbeing.
